Prometeo in Venezia is a Research and Innovation Centre founded to offer a group of young and talented researchers the opportunity to develop their research in a context of excellence in terms of infrastructures, technological tools, economic and institutional partnerships. Furthermore it is an opportunity for them to consolidate the working group both maximizing team spirit and entrepreneurial management skills and also formalizing the co-participation of each person in the intellectual property of inventions and discoveries.

The young researchers are present in the governance bodies with a majority share and the support of experienced professionals, able to provide them with all the necessary consultancy support on the organizational, legal and networking front, allows to create very profitable synergies. Prometeo in Venezia is strongly committed to the enhancement of young generations and in particular of new talents: its goal is to create the right conditions to let them find adequate professional and economic satisfaction in conducting their research in the national territory and to guarantee them a wide network of international contacts and exchanges.

The research realized in Prometeo in Venezia is mainly based on an innovative design tool, devised by a team of 9 young scholars under the expert guidance of prof. Mazzonetto, a mathematician with considerable experience in academic and research teaching and currently president of the Prometeo Scientific Committee. The working group methodological approach allows very wide and transversal design applications in scientific, industrial and artistic fields, in services of social utility, in the conception and innovative refinement of products and processes.

Prometeo in Venezia is an open architecture to welcome and enhance new and excellent resources in the working group and to create a network among all local, national and international subjects willing to profitably share their skills and resources for the development of research projects.

Innovation is the identifying focus of the Association: innovative method, innovative organization, innovative conception of products and services.
